Even the righteousness of God {which is} by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. {moved...: or, being wary}
Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down {from above}:)
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
For Christ {is} the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
And if ye {be} Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I {am} the LORD your God.
Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they {are} not all Israel, which are of Israel:
They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it {is} a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that {ye} may know that I {am} the LORD that doth sanctify you.
And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither {is that} circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
To declare, {I say}, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye {are}: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy {you}, when I smite the land of Egypt. {to destroy...: Heb. for a destruction}
As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. {ashamed: or confounded}
Therefore {it is} of faith, that {it might be} by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which {he had} being {yet} uncircumcised.
And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these {are} not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. {Labour not: or, Work not}
As for me, behold, my covenant {is} with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. {many...: Heb. multitude of nations}
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
And Abraham {was} ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.
Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
At that time the LORD said unto Joshua, Make thee sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time. {sharp...: or, knives of flints}
And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to {our} father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and {that} they will hear it.
Seeing {it is} one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
No man also having drunk old {wine} straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.
Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
And his brother's name {was} Jubal: he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ.
And they said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one that is uncircumcised; for that {were} a reproach unto us:
And if {any} of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten at all on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.
And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.
The princes of the people are gathered together, {even} the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth {belong} unto God: he is greatly exalted. {princes...: or, voluntary of the people are gathered unto the people of the God of Abraham}
And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether {we be} Jews or Gentiles, whether {we be} bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. {Gentiles: Gr. Greeks}
For if the ministration of condemnation {be} glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.
And Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and {of such as have} cattle.
Now consider how great this man {was}, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.
Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
Therefore {it is} of faith, that {it might be} by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
