And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb {is} the light thereof.

Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.

Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub, {and stood} over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD'S glory. {went up: Heb. was lifted up}

As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance {was} like burning coals of fire, {and} like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty {God} of Jacob; (from thence {is} the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)
But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for {your} pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD'S flock is carried away captive.
That led {them} by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?
Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people {which} thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided {them} in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
And for the altar of incense refined gold by weight; and gold for the pattern of the chariot of the cherubims, that spread out {their wings}, and covered the ark of the covenant of the LORD.

Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.
And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, {even} Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,
Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest {thy flock} to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions? {as one...: or, as one that is veiled}
And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.

And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy {place, even} under the wings of the cherubims.
Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, {covenant: or, testament}
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
And within the oracle he made two cherubims {of} olive tree, {each} ten cubits high. {olive: or, oily: Heb. trees of oil}
And it came to pass, {that} when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.
And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind.
And David my servant {shall be} king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.
