Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took {men}:
And these {are} they that waited with their children. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel, {waited: Heb. stood}
Notwithstanding the children of Korah died not.
Blessed {are} they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Now therefore, I pray thee, let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If the LORD have stirred thee up against me, let him accept an offering: but if {they be} the children of men, cursed {be} they before the LORD; for they have driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of the LORD, saying, Go, serve other gods. {accept: Heb. smell} {abiding: Heb. cleaving}
And David longed, and said, Oh that one would give me drink of the water of the well of Bethlehem, which {is} by the gate!

Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.

Blessed {are ye} that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed {are ye} that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
And the king said unto Zadok, Carry back the ark of God into the city: if I shall find favour in the eyes of the LORD, he will bring me again, and shew me {both} it, and his habitation:

Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but {when} the desire cometh, {it is} a tree of life.
