Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.
Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
Be it known unto you therefore, men {and} brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
I, {even} I, {am} he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
Who {is} a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth {in} mercy.
Blessed {are} they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
Blessed {is} the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
Blessed {are} the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed {is} that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
ALEPH. Blessed {are} the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. {undefiled: or, perfect, or, sincere}
Blessed {are} they that keep judgment, {and} he that doeth righteousness at all times.
But he said, Yea rather, blessed {are} they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
Blessed {is} the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. {ungodly: or, wicked}

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed {it} unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Blessed {is} the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.

And cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee: for they have provoked {thee} to anger before the builders.
{Saying}, Blessed {are} they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

To open their eyes, {and} to turn {them} from darkness to light, and {from} the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
In whom we have redemption through his blood, {even} the forgiveness of sins:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
For {such as be} blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and {they that be} cursed of him shall be cut off.
Be it known unto you therefore, men {and} brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
And blessed is {he}, whosoever shall not be offended in me.
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD'S hand double for all her sins. {comfortably: Heb. to the heart} {warfare: or, appointed time}
When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.
If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy {are ye}; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
