How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? {spot: or, fault}

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
{This is} a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed {is} every one that hangeth on a tree:
Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, {see that ye} love one another with a pure heart fervently:
Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. {Dorcas: or, Doe, or, Roe}
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
And from Jesus Christ, {who is} the faithful witness, {and} the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth {is} mine:
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that {thou} shouldest keep all his commandments;
And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
For thou {art} an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that {are} upon the earth.
Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by {your} good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. {whereas: or, wherein}

For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be {as} still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over, {which} thou hast purchased.
As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; {willing...: or, sociable}
The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth. {grow: Heb. as fishes do increase}

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
Whose fan {is} in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us {our} sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. {taketh away: or, beareth}
No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all {men}, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? {the body...: or, this body of death}
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. {fashion: or habit}
Let the redeemed of the LORD say {so}, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.
For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.
Thy people {shall be} willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. {from...: or, more than the womb of the morning: thou shalt have, etc}
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend {is} his name.
Blessed {is} the nation whose God {is} the LORD; {and} the people {whom} he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake {it}, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
For thou {art} an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that {are} upon the earth.
That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD. {Praise...: Heb. Hallelujah}
When Jesus heard {it}, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.

This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.
And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
And they remembered that God {was} their rock, and the high God their redeemer.
For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,
For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.
But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be {as} still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over, {which} thou hast purchased.
Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption {for us}.
And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy {endureth} for ever.
For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, {and} Israel for his peculiar treasure.
And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.

And what one nation in the earth {is} like thy people, {even} like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, {from} the nations and their gods?
And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, {both} of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;
And upon whatsoever {any} of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether {it be} any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel {it be}, wherein {any} work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; so it shall be cleansed.

Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?
And they made the plate of the holy crown {of} pure gold, and wrote upon it a writing, {like to} the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.
Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual {gifts}, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church. {of spiritual gifts: Gr. of spirits}
Deliver me from all my transgressions: make me not the reproach of the foolish.
And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and thou shalt seek me in the morning, but I {shall} not {be}.
And he made the mercy seat {of} pure gold: two cubits and a half {was} the length thereof, and one cubit and a half the breadth thereof.
For thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, {to be} thine inheritance, as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord GOD.
And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and {that} the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations.
And the clean {person} shall sprinkle upon the unclean on the third day, and on the seventh day: and on the seventh day he shall purify himself, and wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and shall be clean at even.
One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:
For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore {it is} of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.
Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five {shekels}, after the shekel of the sanctuary:
And {then} shall he depart from thee, {both} he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.
For on that day shall {the priest} make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, {that} ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.
Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which {was} the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.
And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. {jewels: or, special treasure}
Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness. {her...: or, they that return of her}
Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight {thereof}, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; {which...: or, as much as in you is}

No lion shall be there, nor {any} ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk {there}:
