And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD {is} a God of judgment: blessed {are} all they that wait for him.

The LORD {is} good unto them that wait for him, to the soul {that} seeketh him.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy {is} he. {handleth...: or, understandeth a matter}
