{What} and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
Then {cometh} the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast {our} profession.
Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what {is that} to thee? follow thou me.

For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, {which are} the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.
A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.
These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and {that} they had done these things unto him.

They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.
And Elisha saw {it}, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.
And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and {to} his throne.
And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom.
