But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet {are}, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Ye are of {your} father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
They are of those that rebel against the light; they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof.
And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, {thou} Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly: {and his...: or, nor in his angels, in whom he put light}
And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these {things}.
For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
He hath led me, and brought {me into} darkness, but not {into} light.
These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.
Shall {any} teach God knowledge? seeing he judgeth those that are high.
That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.

Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.
