For the life of the flesh {is} in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it {is} the blood {that} maketh an atonement for the soul.
And the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD: and it shall be forgiven him for any thing of all that he hath done in trespassing therein.
And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: and the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist {it} not, and it shall be forgiven him.
And the priest shall take {some} of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall put {it} upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird {that was} killed over the running water:
And he shall offer the second {for} a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him. {manner: or, ordinance}
And he shall do with the bullock as he did with the bullock for a sin offering, so shall he do with this: and the priest shall make an atonement for them, and it shall be forgiven them.
And he shall burn all his fat upon the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings: and the priest shall make an atonement for him as concerning his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.
Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, {even} a memorial thereof, and burn {it} on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it {is} a sin offering.
And he shall kill the lamb of the trespass offering, and the priest shall take {some} of the blood of the trespass offering, and put {it} upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
And he shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the slain bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times:

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

And thou shalt offer every day a bullock {for} a sin offering for atonement: and thou shalt cleanse the altar, when thou hast made an atonement for it, and thou shalt anoint it, to sanctify it.
And the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou shalt offer the one {for} a sin offering, and the other {for} a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the Levites.
Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
Be it known unto you therefore, men {and} brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
And if Christ be not raised, your faith {is} vain; ye are yet in your sins.
Wherefore David said unto the Gibeonites, What shall I do for you? and wherewith shall I make the atonement, that ye may bless the inheritance of the LORD?
And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put {it} upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:
And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put {it} upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out his blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering.
Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first {month}, in the first {day} of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary:
Whereupon neither the first {testament} was dedicated without blood. {dedicated: or, purified}
And one lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, out of the fat pastures of Israel; for a meat offering, and for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make reconciliation for them, saith the Lord GOD. {lamb: or, kid} {peace...: or, thank offerings}
And thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and put {it} upon the horns of the altar with thy finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar.
And he shall go out unto the altar that {is} before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put {it} upon the horns of the altar round about.
