And this {is the blessing} of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help {to him} from his enemies.

Judah, thou {art he} whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand {shall be} in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee.
For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
[To the chief Musician, {A Psalm} of David.] In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee {as} a bird to your mountain?
Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
For {it is} evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.

And let it be, when thou hearest the sound of a going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt bestir thyself: for then shall the LORD go out before thee, to smite the host of the Philistines.
And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.
But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.

And the sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zerah: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.
And the names of the men {are} these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
This {is} the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.
