Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son {to be} the propitiation for our sins.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
We love him, because he first loved us.
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for {the sins of} the whole world.
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and {that} your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

We love him, because he first loved us.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to {his} purpose.

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
For since the beginning of the world {men} have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, {what} he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. {seen...: or, seen a God beside thee, which doeth so for him, etc}

And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
This is he that came by water and blood, {even} Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you {of} heavenly things?
And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: {for sin: or, by a sacrifice for sin}
And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it {is} a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
