These six cities shall be a refuge, {both} for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.

One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.
{Is he} the God of the Jews only? {is he} not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I {am} the LORD your God.
For we must needs die, and {are} as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect {any} person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him. {neither...: or, because God hath not taken away his life, he hath also devised means, etc}
These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them, that whosoever killeth {any} person at unawares might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation.
And this {is} the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; {in...: Heb. from yesterday the third day}
