Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take {your} rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.
Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,
Ye know that after two days is {the feast of} the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.
And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he {is} a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, {or} peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked. {aloud: Heb. with a great voice} {he is talking: or, he meditateth} {is pursuing: Heb. hath a pursuit}
Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these {things} God will bring thee into judgment.

And when he was come to the king, the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And he said, Go ye up, and prosper, and they shall be delivered into your hand.

Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that {were} in the ship into the sea, to lighten {it} of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep.

And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.

So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver {it} into the hand of the king.
But if thou wilt go, do {it}, be strong for the battle: God shall make thee fall before the enemy: for God hath power to help, and to cast down.
