But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, {there is} no beauty that we should desire him.

And it came to pass by the way in the inn, that the LORD met him, and sought to kill him.
And went to {him}, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
And as one of them opened his sack to give his ass provender in the inn, he espied his money; for, behold, it {was} in his sack's mouth.
And it came to pass, when we came to the inn, that we opened our sacks, and, behold, {every} man's money {was} in the mouth of his sack, our money in full weight: and we have brought it again in our hand.

And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
