And David said unto him, Thy blood {be} upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD'S anointed.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
For thy mouth uttereth thine iniquity, and thou choosest the tongue of the crafty. {uttereth: Heb. teacheth}
Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast {him} into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. {guilty...: or, subject to the judgment of God}
His lord answered and said unto him, {Thou} wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
Thine own mouth condemneth thee, and not I: yea, thine own lips testify against thee.
Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:
And David said unto him, Thy blood {be} upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD'S anointed.
Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.
But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.
And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face: therefore shall Israel and Ephraim fall in their iniquity; Judah also shall fall with them.
And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man's word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.
Thinkest thou this to be right, {that} thou saidst, My righteousness {is} more than God's?
The words of a wise man's mouth {are} gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself. {gracious: Heb. grace}
Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
And as thy servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said unto him, So {shall} thy judgment {be}; thyself hast decided {it}. {he was...: Heb. he was not}
And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast {them} out? therefore they shall be your judges.

And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.
