And Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which {is} upon the wood that {is} on the fire: {it is} an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings.
And thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul {that is} above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that {is} upon them, and burn {them} upon the altar. {the caul: it seemeth by anatomy, and the Hebrew doctors, to be the midriff}

But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord GOD:
And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn {it} upon the altar for a sweet savour unto the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.
And afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the priests the sons of Aaron {were busied} in offering of burnt offerings and the fat until night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the sons of Aaron.
But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, {to be} a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace offerings unto the LORD shall bring his oblation unto the LORD of the sacrifice of his peace offerings.
The same day did the king hallow the middle of the court that {was} before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that {was} before the LORD {was} too little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.
And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: and the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
Now this {is that} which thou shalt offer upon the altar; two lambs of the first year day by day continually.
Also before they burnt the fat, the priest's servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw.
And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put {it} upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:
In that ye have brought {into my sanctuary} strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, {even} my house, when ye offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations. {strangers: Heb. children of a stranger}
And the priest shall burn it upon the altar: {it is} the food of the offering made by fire unto the LORD.
And he shall burn all his fat upon the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings: and the priest shall make an atonement for him as concerning his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.
And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar: but the breast shall be Aaron's and his sons'.
Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD.
And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn {them} upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour before the LORD: it {is} an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the LORD, as {it is} written in the book of Moses. And so {did they} with the oxen.

And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth {the inwards}, and the kidneys, and the caul {above} the liver:
And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the LORD {at} the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savour unto the LORD.
