Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
{And} having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. {in it: or, in himself}
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet {are}, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? {lawful...: Heb. captivity of the just}
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things {done} in {his} body, according to that he hath done, whether {it be} good or bad.
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, {for} the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell {among them}. {for men: Heb. in the man}
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they {also} which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast {them} down to hell, and delivered {them} into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God {to be} the Judge of quick and dead.
Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
To open their eyes, {and} to turn {them} from darkness to light, and {from} the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ {be} with you. Amen. {bruise: or, tread}
And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high {places}. {flesh...: Gr. blood and flesh} {spiritual...: or, wicked spirits} {high: or, heavenly}

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

And they had a king over them, {which is} the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue {is} Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath {his} name Apollyon. {Apollyon: that is to say, A destroyer}
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
