Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined {places, and} plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken {it}, and I will do {it}.

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done {it}.
God {is} not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do {it}? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
