He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this {is} also vanity.
And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, {and} be merry.
If a man beget an hundred {children}, and live many years, so that the days of his years be many, and his soul be not filled with good, and also {that} he have no burial; I say, {that} an untimely birth {is} better than he.
And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed {is} the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat {of} it all the days of thy life;
