Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find {him}, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.
Who can tell {if} God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Seek the LORD, and ye shall live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour {it}, and {there be} none to quench {it} in Bethel.
And when he was in affliction, he besought the LORD his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers,
So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.

Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.
