Behold, I build an house to the name of the LORD my God, to dedicate {it} to him, {and} to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our God. He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do {it}: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, {even} my God, {will be} with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

I have surely built thee an house to dwell in, a settled place for thee to abide in for ever.

A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, {is} God in his holy habitation.

And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.

And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: {which} when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

I have surely built thee an house to dwell in, a settled place for thee to abide in for ever.

And the prince in the midst of them, when they go in, shall go in; and when they go forth, shall go forth.
