And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she {was} barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that {would come} from thence.
And not only {so}, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
And not only {so}, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. {atonement: or, reconciliation}

And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son? {sustained: or, supported}
For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.
Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?
And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac; Esau and Israel.
And Bethuel begat Rebekah: these eight Milcah did bear to Nahor, Abraham's brother. {Rebekah: Gr. Rebecca}
