That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
And {that} every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ {is} Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and {that} no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. {accursed: or, anathema}
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: {then} came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace {be} unto you.
These {words} spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.
And as they went on {their} way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, {here is} water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: {it is} the gift of God:
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
