For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. {come...: Heb. come upon the heart}
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

The thing that hath been, it {is that} which shall be; and that which is done {is} that which shall be done: and {there is} no new {thing} under the sun.
Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy {shall be} upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; {and} sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
For since the beginning of the world {men} have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, {what} he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. {seen...: or, seen a God beside thee, which doeth so for him, etc}
Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens {be} no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.
They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: {endure: Heb. stand}
And this {word}, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. {are shaken: or, may be shaken}
And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
