And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
For such {are} false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay {them} on men's shoulders; but they {themselves} will not move them with one of their fingers.
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
This wisdom descendeth not from above, but {is} earthly, sensual, devilish. {sensual: or, natural}
