Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.

When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of {his} good pleasure.
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of {this} calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of {his} goodness, and the work of faith with power: {count: or, vouchsafe}
The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.
Know therefore and understand, {that} from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince {shall be} seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. {be built...: Heb. return and be built} {wall: or, breach, or, ditch} {troublous: Heb. strait of}
Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we {are} in, how Jerusalem {lieth} waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach.
{In} the day that thy walls are to be built, {in} that day shall the decree be far removed.
Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget {her cunning}.
Ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the LORD afar off, and let Jerusalem come into your mind.
And {they that shall be} of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp {that} burneth.
I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, {which} shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, {make...: or, are the LORD's remembrancers}
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Thou shalt arise, {and} have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same {is} the city of David.
And David said unto all his servants that {were} with him at Jerusalem, Arise, and let us flee; for we shall not {else} escape from Absalom: make speed to depart, lest he overtake us suddenly, and bring evil upon us, and smite the city with the edge of the sword. {bring: Heb. thrust}
And this {is} the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of the LORD, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.
Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
And I arose in the night, I and some few men with me; neither told I {any} man what my God had put in my heart to do at Jerusalem: neither {was there any} beast with me, save the beast that I rode upon.
