Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me {to} glory.
For thou hast delivered my soul from death: {wilt} not {thou deliver} my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?
For great {is} thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. {hell: or, grave}
What man {is he that} liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.

For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:
For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, {and} my feet from falling.
Or, Deliver me from the enemy's hand? or, Redeem me from the hand of the mighty?
Then we which are alive {and} remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Draw nigh unto my soul, {and} redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.
