And they assembled all the congregation together on the first {day} of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.

And these {were} they which went up from Telmelah, Telharsa, Cherub, Addan, {and} Immer: but they could not shew their father's house, and their seed, whether they {were} of Israel: {Addan: also called, Addon} {seed: or, pedigree}

Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of {their} names, every male by their polls;
But David took not the number of them from twenty years old and under: because the LORD had said he would increase Israel like to the stars of the heavens.
Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the LORD.
These {were} the sons of Levi after the house of their fathers; {even} the chief of the fathers, as they were counted by number of names by their polls, that did the work for the service of the house of the LORD, from the age of twenty years and upward.
And these {are} the numbers of them according to the house of their fathers: Of Judah, the captains of thousands; Adnah the chief, and with him mighty men of valour three hundred thousand.
