Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.

But when the multitudes saw {it}, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.
And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw {it}, gave praise unto God.
And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast {them} from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

Then again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, Give God the praise: we know that this man is a sinner.
And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.
And they saw the God of Israel: and {there was} under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in {his} clearness.
And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.
So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked:
But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:
But when the multitudes saw {it}, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.
But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine {is} this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people.
And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.
So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all {men} glorified God for that which was done.
