And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see {him} not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.
Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come {again} unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he {is} thy Lord; and worship thou him.
Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.
