He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry {land}: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.
That led {them} by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?
And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot {that were} men, beside children.

To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy {endureth} for ever:
He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.
But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses {and} chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.
