And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.

And the righteous men, they shall judge them after the manner of adulteresses, and after the manner of women that shed blood; because they {are} adulteresses, and blood {is} in their hands.
They brought to the Pharisees him that aforetime was blind.
So then if, while {her} husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?
