And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, {shall be} holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.

From above the horse gate repaired the priests, every one over against his house.
And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth.
Moreover, when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer an oblation unto the LORD, an holy portion of the land: the length {shall be} the length of five and twenty thousand {reeds}, and the breadth {shall be} ten thousand. And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven; and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside those.
And {men} shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited. {shall be: or, shall abide}
And it shall come to pass, {that} as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.
