And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.
And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told {is} true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it {shall be} for many days.
The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.

And it came to pass about three months after, that it was told Judah, saying, Tamar thy daughter in law hath played the harlot; and also, behold, she {is} with child by whoredom. And Judah said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt.
After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land {that is} brought back from the sword, {and is} gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
