Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book {it is} written of me,
Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day.
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights {were} with the sons of men.
Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book {it is} written of me,
Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: {hast...: or, thou hast fitted me}
Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. {willing, remove: Gr. willing to remove}
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as {it is} in heaven.

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. {fashion: or habit}

Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
And when I looked, behold, an hand {was} sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book {was} therein;
