These {be} the sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters {were} thirty and three.

And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said, Surely the LORD hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me. {Reuben: that is, See a son}

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother's brother.
And Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder {was} Leah, and the name of the younger {was} Rachel.
And afterwards she bare a daughter, and called her name Dinah. {Dinah: that is Judgment}
And Jacob came to Shalem, a city of Shechem, which {is} in the land of Canaan, when he came from Padanaram; and pitched his tent before the city. {Shechem: Gr. Sychem}
And Dinah the daughter of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob, went out to see the daughters of the land.
