For indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.

And Joseph's master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners {were} bound: and he was there in the prison.
For {it is} better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

And {there was} there with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret.
But {this cometh to pass}, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
Then said Paul, I stand at Caesar's judgment seat, where I ought to be judged: to the Jews have I done no wrong, as thou very well knowest.
For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not {for} my transgression, nor {for} my sin, O LORD.

That every man should let his manservant, and every man his maidservant, {being} an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, go free; that none should serve himself of them, {to wit}, of a Jew his brother.

While he answered for himself, Neither against the law of the Jews, neither against the temple, nor yet against Caesar, have I offended any thing at all.
