Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here {is} Christ, or there; believe {it} not.

Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
Their throat {is} an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps {is} under their lips:
Behold, I {am} against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.
