Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.
And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which {is} in the edge of the wilderness.
He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. {led: or, compassed}

And it came to pass the selfsame day, {that} the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.
And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.
To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy {endureth} for ever.
And thou shalt hear what they say; and afterward shall thine hands be strengthened to go down unto the host. Then went he down with Phurah his servant unto the outside of the armed men that {were} in the host. {armed men: or, ranks by five}
These {are} that Aaron and Moses, to whom the LORD said, Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies.
These {are} the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
And the LORD turned a mighty strong west wind, which took away the locusts, and cast them into the Red sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt. {cast: Heb. fastened}
