And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

And from thence to Philippi, which is the chief city of that part of Macedonia, {and} a colony: and we were in that city abiding certain days. {the chief: or, the first}

Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)

The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: {is sacrificed; or, is slain}

In the first {month}, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.

Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day {shall be} a feast to the LORD.

The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring {with thee}, and the books, {but} especially the parchments.

And the next {day} we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was {one} of the seven; and abode with him.

And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.

Where we found brethren, and were desired to tarry with them seven days: and so we went toward Rome.

And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.

But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.

For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.

{And} that son that is priest in his stead shall put them on seven days, when he cometh into the tabernacle of the congregation to minister in the holy {place}. {that son: Heb. he of his sons}

And when he had gone over those parts, and had given them much exhortation, he came into Greece,

And the next {day} we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was {one} of the seven; and abode with him.
