But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep {you} from evil.
To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints. {saints: or, holy ones, or, angels}
And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you concerning your faith:
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present {you} faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Who shall also confirm you unto the end, {that ye may be} blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For {it is} a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Blessed {be} God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name {is} Holy; I dwell in the high and holy {place}, with him also {that is} of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle {you}.
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given {us} everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

I, {even} I, {am} he that comforteth you: who {art} thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man {that} shall die, and of the son of man {which} shall be made {as} grass;

And God {is} able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all {things}, may abound to every good work:

When Jesus understood {it}, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.
For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;
Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, {is} God;
For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and {that} he might comfort your hearts.
And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.
