Rejoice in the Lord alway: {and} again I say, Rejoice.
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great {is} your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and {yet} possessing all things.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
